It is near Ulsan City Hall, and we parked in the Ulsan City Hall parking lot right next door before walking over to the café. The lot is free on weekends. Street parking is also possible on weekends and public holidays. Apparently, on weekdays, one-hour City Hall street parking is available from 11:30 to 14:00. They provided plastic gloves so the sandwiches would be easier to eat. Since the sandwiches were thick, they were much easier to hold and eat by hand, and I loved that they had prepared even this little detail.
