The moment we walked in, the delicious smell of bread filled the shop, and I thought this must be a dessert spot—sure enough, everyone seemed to have at least one bakery item, haha. ## Choosing desserts and coffee to take to the sea Rather than staying at the café for long that day, we planned to head to Haeundae Beach to eat. It was crisp outside and moist inside—the perfect crisp-outside, soft-inside texture. The tart shell was crisp with a pleasant bite, while the egg filling inside was sweet, soft, and moist. The pudding-like tender filling and crisp tart shell went so beautifully together.
