This time, too, I went back for my umpteenth visit to the sushi specialist Moshi Moshi PNU Branch (모시모시 부산대점). The white fish sushi was mild with an outstanding pleasantly chewy texture. Sushi and soba need no further explanation, right! The soba had its characteristic mild, chewy noodles in a cool broth, making it very clean and refreshing. The main attraction—the sushi—was especially delicious because the ingredients were fresh and the textures were really enjoyable.
