Hard to say whether the photoshoot or the eating was really the main event, but with the shots done, it was time to dig in. True to its name, the whole-mango cream basque has plump fresh mango piled on top, with a dense, rich cheesecake underneath. Look at that soft cross-section! Even a light press with the fork cuts through it easily. Unlike the other cakes overflowing with fresh fruit, this one is more about a rich, soft cheesecake paired with fresh fruit on the side. If you want the fresh, signature Sijeunikeu experience, go for one of the fruit cakes piled with whatever fresh fruit you like. If you want something dense and rich but never greasy, paired with fresh fruit, go for the cheesecake.
