By the way, when I went, the gabri loin set was sold out, so I ordered something else instead (I'll be back for it next time lol). ## Small details, down to the chopsticks Even the basic table setting felt thoughtful. Mixing wasabi into the sauce and dipping in was good, and salt or mustard on the side was also delicious, but personally dipping in salt felt cleanest and best haha. ## Loin tonkatsu: crisp outside, chewy inside The loin tonkatsu set had an impressively crispy yet chewy texture. For someone like me who loves a meaty bite, this was exactly my type!
