But it did not come with just kalguksu (knife-cut noodles)—there was rice too! Being able to enjoy both noodles and rice made it feel even more generous!! And there was an absolutely heaping amount of noodles. The beef-broth flavor was so good, and it was spicy with just the right amount of heat, so it went down easily without feeling overwhelming. And the more I ate, the more meat kept appearing!! So good 👍🏻 After finishing the noodles, I properly mixed in the rice at the end too. Noodles and rice together really felt like a complete meal! Ahh...
