Being the large size, the noodle portion was really generous, plenty for several adults to share. The chewy, house-made-style noodles were well coated in the sweet-and-tangy broth, giving a refreshing taste that washed away both the heat and travel fatigue in one go. The pork inside had a good balance of lean meat and fat, tender and soft, making it truly ideal for mixing into a child's bowl of rice. Pouring the broth over a bowl of rice and eating it with kimchi felt warming and deeply satisfying.
