It was great to go outlet shopping and have delicious Italian food too! The place I visited this time was Bueokgan Restaurant, Shinsegae Simon Busan Premium Outlets. When you think of a restaurant inside an outlet, it is easy to picture somewhere for a quick bite, but this place had a nice atmosphere and a varied menu, so it looked good for a date or a family meal too. It was especially a good option for anyone looking for good Italian food in Gijang, or somewhere for lunch before or after outlet shopping. ### Finding Bueokgan inside the outlet We parked at the outlet and headed over to the restaurant. You can use the Busan Premium Outlets parking lot, and the outlet address is 1133 Jeonggwan-ro, Jangan-eup, Gijang-gun, Busan. It was convenient to have somewhere to sit briefly while waiting after stopping by for a meal during shopping. Busan Premium Outlets itself is large, so lots of people move from shopping to a meal. I liked that even the waiting area was kept so neat. The overall restaurant atmosphere was tidy, and the waiting space was well organized too, so the first impression was good from the start, haha. Once inside, the atmosphere was better than I expected. It was neatly arranged and felt warm overall, so it did not really feel like a restaurant inside an outlet. The restaurant was spacious, clean, and had a nice vibe! It combines potato gnocchi with mushrooms, cream sauce, and truffle aroma. The gnocchi was chewy at first bite, while still having that characteristic fluffy potato texture. The creamy sauce went well with the chewy yet tender gnocchi. There were mushrooms in it too, so I think mushroom lovers would especially enjoy it.
