The gaebul and sea cucumber in particular had such a nice crunchy texture 😋 Haha... looking at these photos makes me want to eat it again... 💗 ![Mulhoe and fresh seafood course](https://img.superchart.com/images/gwangalli-sashimi-course-seafood-geumrang/gwangalli-sashimi-course-seafood-geumrang-09-7cait-966.webp) They served buckwheat noodles with the mulhoe here, and they were so good too. The steamed egg was also nice to have later with the maeuntang (spicy fish stew), haha. It honestly felt like there was more flying fish roe than rice.
