There were old-style whole fried chicken, boneless fried chicken, half-and-half fried chicken, and set menus such as dakdoritang and whole chicken with stew, so it looked perfect for coming with a group and having drinks. The red broth was loaded with chicken, rice cakes, glass noodles, and quail eggs, so my appetite properly exploded the moment it arrived~ Just looking at the broth, it seemed spicy and deeply flavorful—perfect with drinks, right~? The glass noodles had soaked up all that seasoned broth and were deliciously moist, while the chicken was more deeply flavored than expected because the seasoning had penetrated all the way through. There were quail eggs too, which made it fun to pick one up here and there!! Especially the glass noodles + chicken + broth combination was the real deal!! ## Final thoughts on the chicken-and-stew pairing My final take: if you want to try the chicken-and-dakdoritang combo, I definitely recommend a visit!! The Sunsal & Tang I had paired crisp boneless fried chicken with hot, rich dakdoritang, and the combination was amazing from the start. Dipping the chicken in seasoned sauce kept it from getting boring, while the stew was generously filled with glass noodles, chicken, and quail eggs—truly great with drinks! Above all, the old local-favorite atmosphere made the meal even more fun.
