Rather than being fluffy, it had a stronger chewiness, which made the texture great. You can really taste the sweet, nutty flavor unique to kabocha and sweet potato, haha. Large, fresh romaine leaves came topped with various sauces and bacon chips, so there were lots of nice textures, too. The three dishes we ordered worked really well together. With a kids’ pasta menu and desserts, it’s great for visiting with children; the atmosphere and food also make it perfect for wedding-invitation gatherings, meetups with friends, and dates. Now I’m so curious about the pizza, pasta, and risotto too..!
