The banner outside said something like "today marks day 1 with the horse mackerel of your life" and I burst out laughing haha. Once I heard mackerel sashimi and horse mackerel sashimi come on one plate together, there was no way I wasn't going in haha. There's a chalkboard by the entrance advertising a receipt review event and a Naver saved-coupon event. Only one event applies per table! First, the basic table setting: salad, pickled ginger, and pickled onions came out first. ### The mulhoe comes out first At Haneobuui Godeungeosarang Haeundae, the mulhoe (cold raw fish soup) came out before the sashimi. Wow, there was no way I wasn't going to take a photo of this. On the one plate, the horse mackerel and mackerel each had their own name tag stuck in, so there was no confusion over which was which. It looked so fresh 🤩 ### How to eat the mackerel and horse mackerel sashimi We put the sashimi on gim (seaweed sheet), dabbed a little chojang (spicy vinegar sauce), and wrapped it up. Wrapping it together with the side dishes gave a whole different flavor haha. I liked the order of mulhoe coming out first, then the sashimi. The mulhoe whets your appetite, and then when the sashimi comes out, watching the dry ice gets you excited all over again haha. Comparing the mackerel and horse mackerel sashimi side by side on one plate was fun. Since it was lunchtime, there were a lot of office workers around too, so it seems like a great pick if you're looking for lunch near Haeundae Station.
