Adding cheese made my kid more interested in it than just plain cutlet~ ### Old-school Western-style pork cutlet (gyeongyangsik donkatsu) And then the one I'd been looking forward to — the old-style Western cutlet~ It's an old-fashioned cutlet loaded with sauce, so if you personally like that style, this will feel familiar and comforting.
