Working Holiday Minrak is on the seventh floor of a building called Badamaru, near the sashimi-center end of Gwangalli. I chose the Fricassee Pasta because the noodles looked unusual. And Pinuozzo... these wood-fired breads are everywhere lately, right? I had been curious about the wood-fired bread at Pono Buono in Sinsa-dong, made by Hidden Genius from Culinary Class Wars, but it was sold out every time, so I had never tried it! This looked similar, you know? It always has such a relaxed, unpressured atmosphere... which makes it even more appealing. The Gwangalli view from the terrace at Working Holiday Minrak is no joke either!!! A panorama 💙 Step out onto the terrace and the view stretches from Marine City and Gwangan Bridge, along Gwangalli Beach, all the way to W in Yongho-dong in the distance!! It is a place where you can take in the entire Gwangalli seafront and enjoy a delicious brunch at the same time! I ordered the Fricassee Pasta because I was curious about the curly noodles 🤍 It was a slightly spicy cream pasta with chicken and mini button mushrooms.
