The pork itself was so good that every combination tasted great haha. It was delicious on its own, but personally, my favorite was making a wrap with shredded radish salad, kimchi, and garlic. The tofu-and-kimchi pairing was the best too. The coffee here is excellent as well. The Americano was nutty and smooth without acidity—exactly my taste.
