Big portion, smoky char, 🩷;🩷 and they even gave lettuce wraps, so I wrapped it up nice and proper haha. Honestly this alone could be a main dish, so ordering two mains is fun. Once I actually added it, the flavor really doubled ✌🏻. Don't skip it — always add it in. I hadn't eaten much tripe soup before, but this was so good. I've officially been converted to tripe soup,, meat really is always right. You have to pour rice in to complete the tripe soup haha, I dumped a whole bowl in; basically full servant mode.
