There are tables for 4 and for 2, plus a bar-style table along the wall, which made it a comfortable structure for eating alone. The staff were kind and quick to respond — whatever I asked, they answered right away. They explained the menu setup in detail too, so even on a first visit I could order without confusion. Just note that groups of 6 or more need to reserve in advance via Naver, which is worth keeping in mind before you go. Sitting at the wall-side bar table makes it comfortable to eat alone even if you come solo. There are also kids' chairs in one corner of the restaurant, so it's good for family visits too. The window seats get plenty of sunlight, so visiting during the daytime makes for an even nicer atmosphere, haha. Once you order, the bread, soup, and side dishes come out first, followed by the main cutlet. The bread is soft and the soup is creamy and savory. The cutlet comes with sauce already drizzled on. The outside was crispy and the meat was cooked through evenly, so I could feel the juices as soon as I cut into it. The thickness was just right — not too thick, not too thin — so it went well with the sauce as I chewed. There was a note by the window with tips on how to enjoy it even more, but honestly, the cutlet was already delicious on its own. Keep in mind that groups of 6 or more must reserve in advance via Naver, and while there's no separate waiting area, you can leave your name at the entrance and wait on a bench along the Green Railway trail. Parking is available in nearby alleys or street parking lots. Next time, I want to try the cheese pork cutlet too, haha. ## Pairing it with a Green Railway walk Whether before or after the meal, walking along the Green Railway or getting some sea breeze to help digest made it a perfect date course too. Sitting on a bench watching the ocean, then walking a bit more — time flew by before I knew it, haha. If you're touring Eastern Busan restaurants, I'd recommend pairing this one with the walking trail.
