I really loved it. ## Cuisine R hours and how to find it from Yeouido Station Cuisine R is a Western fine-dining restaurant located on the 2nd floor, Rooms 202–203, of the Baeksang Building near Yeouido Station. It's open 11:00–23:00, with a break time from 14:00–17:00, and last order is at 21:30. ## Is the jazz-filled dining room at Cuisine R good for a blind date? The interior atmosphere at Cuisine R was so stylish. It was really lovely, and jazz music was playing, which made the mood even better. There was actually a couple on a blind date sitting near us! Wow, it was really so delicious. I don't think I'll ever forget this taste! The sweetness was mostly toned down, but that space was filled instead with a deep, rich umami flavor from the ingredients themselves! It was such a great memory haha. We ordered the salmon risotto, and it had a ton of salmon steak chunks in it!
