Its round shape looked like regular pork or beef chadol-gui, so for a second I thought, “Huh? Is this beef chadol-gui?” But I asked, and it really was duck chadol-gui lol. There’s a special sauce you can only have at Deo Chadol, and dipping it in there is insanely good!! ![Special sauce for duck chadol-gui](https://img.superchart.com/images/gwacheon-duck-chadol-couple-set/gwacheon-duck-chadol-couple-set-18-1mwug-900.webp) It was delicious wrapped with minari (water dropwort) grilled alongside it, and it was also so good with the seasoned greens among the basic side dishesㅠㅠㅠ Personally, the absolute best was dipping it in the salt sauce made with Himalayan salt and pepper!! They also serve doenjang-jjigae (soybean-paste stew) as a basic side. This clear version, filled evenly with tofu, zucchini, onion, and more, was delicious too ^^ ## Thick-cut spicy duck and self-fried rice After finishing the duck chadol-gui, the spicy duck arrived. It’s very close to Seoul and easy to reach by public transit, so it was convenient even for those of us getting around on foot haha. There are lots of date activities nearby, including Seoul Grand Park, the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Korea, and hiking.
