Luckily, we booked ahead on Naver Place and got in without waiting, but I think you’ll definitely have to wait if you just walk in ㅠ.ㅠ I recommend making a reservation, haha. There were around 8–9 tables inside, and it seemed like lots of people came for work dinners or gatherings! Load a potato wrap with meat, basil, wasabi, and myeonginamul, then eat it all together~~ The potatoes were crisp yet soft, and adding basil made the flavor incredible! Even though we were so full after the pork belly, I couldn’t stop scooping it up lol. It would be great as a meal or as drinking food too! From the quality meat to the signature potato wraps and fried rice, nothing was missing at Hubaldae, a great meat restaurant in Daegu’s Jongno.
