The kimchi is on the spicy side, in the style of silbi kimchi, so if you are sensitive to heat, I recommend having it a little at a time. Milder kimchi is also available at the self-service bar. The base broth comes with a little salt seasoning and perilla seed powder, so it is nicely seasoned without needing anything extra.
