There's a wide parking lot right in front, and the AJ parking lot across the street is also available, so parking is never a worry!

## Arriving at 8pm: is there a wait, and what is the room like?

I went a bit late, at 8pm, and there was no wait at all! The restaurant is split across the 1st and 2nd floors, with a spacious hall as well as plenty of private rooms. That makes it great not just for family meals but for company dinners, family gatherings, and important occasions too.

Worang Myeongga also has pretty high ceilings, so the space never feels cramped, and even though it's a grilling restaurant, the ventilation was excellent — I could eat comfortably without any smoke at all.

This is the platter we picked that day. 😊 We went with an assorted selection that mixed several cuts evenly, coming to about 430g for ₩126,900. True to a hanwoo restaurant worth talking about in Daejeon, the marbling on every piece looked gorgeous — appetizing just to look at. Being able to see and choose the meat yourself makes it fun too, since you can match the cuts and amount to what you're craving that day!

They apparently sometimes sell hanwoo at a discount in the evenings, so if you want to enjoy hanwoo at a more reasonable price, it's worth looking for the beef with a sale sticker on it.

## What the 4,000 won table setting charge includes: banchan and the self-bar

The table charge is ₩4,000 for adults and ₩2,000 for elementary school kids. Once we picked our meat and got back to our seats, the side dishes were laid out quickly — and there were way more varieties than I expected.

It was great being able to taste all sorts of things even before the meat arrived, and the self-bar had lettuce, mushrooms, oranges, cherry tomatoes, pineapple, and chili peppers laid out to help yourself to.

It was also nice that they gave us cold water in bottles.
