After riding a Ttareungyi public bike along Bulgwangcheon stream, the writer ordered the spicy karai paitan for 13,000 won and added a soft-boiled egg for 1,000 won, ending up with two eggs in the bowl, alongside free refills of noodles, rice and soup, seasoned kimchi and a zero-sugar cola with a cup of ice.
