Finally, the bakdal snow crab arrives 🦀🦐 There were 2 shrimp included too. The meat yield was good, though I wish there'd been a bit more moisture during steaming! The crab came pre-cut for easy eating, so there was no struggling to crack the shell — just pull out the meat. If you're planning to have the fried rice, make sure to save the crab guts 🌟 They bring you the shell when you order — ours also had some body meat left, so we mixed that in too.
