It's also about 7 minutes on foot toward Hwangnidan-gil from the Cheomseongdae Public Parking Lot. What a nice appetizer to munch on while the aged kimchi rib stew is still cooking. The stir-fried kimchi side dish was also right up my alley. ## Jar-aged 60-day kimchi pork rib stew, 16,900 won This is the No. 1 best-selling dish at Hwangnam Dukkebi on Hwangnidan-gil in Gyeongju — the aged kimchi and rib meat go together perfectly, and the kimchi was so good I polished off a whole bowl of rice. Best of all, the bones came off the ribs easily. This dish pairs herring roe with Gyeongju millennium hanwoo yukhoe, served with egg yolk, pear, and sprouts. Mix it all together well and it tastes amazing! There's no separate sauce for the yukhoe, so once you mix it, the seasoning is already spot on as is. It goes so well with soju too! It went really well eaten alongside the rib stew!
