We just could not hold back anymore, so we went straight to Bareun Hwangso Gopchang (바른황소곱창) for an emergency gopchang refill! Maybe because it had been so long, but it tasted especially amazing that day 🤤 Bareun Hwangso Gopchang is only a 3-minute walk from Sadang Station Exit 10, or a 7-minute walk from Isu Station Exit 7, so getting there is super easy! When friends living all over the place need to meet in the middle, is there anywhere better than Sadang Station? It is not a huge place, with about seven round tables in total. Since we were first, we got to sit and eat leisurely, but little by little people started coming in! But apparently this is a real Sadang favorite, because before it was even 6 pm on Friday, it was already full and there was a wait!! There was also a fish-cake-and-bean-sprout soup that was kind of pretending to be fish-cake soup! It was not tough at all—so tender! Being close to Sadang Station was great, and grilled foods like beef intestines can get hot when you sit in front of the flame, but since this came pre-grilled, we could eat comfortably without needing to stay over the fire for long, which made it even better. Above all, the gopchang, daechang, and heart were all cooked just right, and even though we ordered an assortment, there was not a single cut that disappointed us~~!!!
