Jeong Eunsuk Chodang Sundubu is at 200 Nanseolheon-ro, Gangneung-si, Gangwon-do. It's open Mondays 8:00–16:00 and Wednesday–Sunday 8:00–18:30, with last order at 15:00 on Mondays and 17:30 Wednesday–Sunday. Maybe because of the crab, the broth had that distinct refreshing seafood flavor! Its savory depth added flavor to the bossam, which could otherwise be a bit plain. Honestly, this combination is what stuck with me the most~~! The sundubu was delicious, but the combination of tofu, bossam, and skate sikhae is a must-try!
