I visited Baegya Coffee in Gangneung, where you can spend a relaxing time with the sound of cool waves. This place is a standout Gangneung ocean-view café boasting a sweeping sea view, and also a large Gangneung bakery packed with a variety of breads baked fresh daily.

If you've been looking for a Gyeongpodae café with both accessibility and scale, this will be a very welcome find. It's such a popular spot that if you've been keeping an eye on Gangneung cafés or Gangneung bakery cafés, you've probably heard of it already.

Baegya Coffee in Gangneung is a large 1–3 story building on Haean-ro, so it catches your eye from far away. There's a generous dedicated parking lot in front of the store, so it's convenient to drive there too.

## What was left in Baegya Coffee's cake showcase at 5pm

The 1st-floor showcase at Baegya Coffee displays cakes and bread by type, but by the time I arrived around 5pm, a lot of the bread was already sold out. Only one Luce tiramisu and two cherry cream cakes remained.

Valrhona chocolat bliss & Baegya milk cloud tart: a rich, elegant chocolate cake menu alongside a soft cake made with fresh milk and mascarpone cheese. Since I went late in the day, a lot of the bread was sold out.

Luce tiramisu: a tiramisu with a distinctive look, served in a clear wine glass and eaten with a deep spoonful. I caught a photo of the very last one!! haha, T_T

Cherry cream cake: layers of soft cream and tart-sweet cherry melt in your mouth. Two of these were left. If you love cake, I'd recommend going early.

Charlotte blanc mousse: a premium fruit mousse cake where you can enjoy the sweetness of various fruits amid pure white cream.

Bottled drink and juice refrigerated showcase: various premium fruit drinks like Bundaberg and Noahs juice, along with cold-pressed juices, kept cool and ready.

Room-temperature bakery shelves: wood-tone shelves for various baked goods and desserts, either empty or being restocked. I arrived around 5pm and this is basically what was left after everyone had swept through(?). I'd recommend getting there early.
