Plus the floor-to-ceiling windows make it feel incredibly open! ## The 4th-floor rooftop is a no-kids zone Skip the 2nd and 3rd floors and go straight to the rooftop? Since it's such a huge Gangneung café, I took the elevator to the very top floor and worked my way down while looking around! Not sure which spot would be best, so I figured I'd properly enjoy this Gangneung ocean-view café hahahahaha. If it's an ocean view, I'm always in🩵 The rooftop operates as a no-kids zone. I guess it's because it's outdoors and could be a bit dangerous. I think this might be the biggest café among all the Gyeongpodae cafés, and having an elevator made things really convenient.
