Tell the chef in front of you what you want and they'll prepare it. I mostly picked what I wanted this way, and it was much more convenient to just request the menu directly. ## Five sushi I ate that day 🍣 What I ate that day: seasoned sea bream belly sushi / eel sushi / flounder fin sushi / sweet shrimp with sea urchin / salmon sushi, and more. Compared to regular flounder, it's chewier with a much stronger nutty flavor that gets better the more you chew.
