Arriving right at the 11:45 opening left only three free tables besides the reserved ones, and Plan A Restaurant was full by 12:20, with an order of white ragù beef cream spaghetti, carbonara and the signature beef pilaf. Restaurants near tourist beaches sometimes have views that outshine the food, but this place is genuinely different.
