Our everyday meals had started to feel a bit dull lately, so my wife and I decided to switch things up with something exotic for lunch. We headed to Bombay Brew Sejong Branch, known as one of the go-to spots for Indian food in Sejong.

The moment we stepped inside, I couldn't help but gasp a little. Hanging plants covering the ceiling combined with warm orange rattan lighting gave the space a resort-like coziness.

Big chunks of tandoori chicken, subtly seasoned with spices, sat on top of fresh, crunchy vegetables — more than enough to wake up our appetite before the main course.

For drinks, we each picked a different lassi — classic and strawberry. The thick, sweet-tart yogurt flavor captured the taste of India perfectly and did a great job of cleansing our palates between bites.
