The crowd ranges from office workers to families. The interior is quite spacious too! We sat in one of the comfortable spots on the split left-and-right seating, and the staff were really kind and set everything up nicely. The side dishes at the self-service corner were also neatly prepared! There's tofu for the stew there too, so you can grab that yourself. ## Galbi kimchi stew again, of course Looking at the menu, I briefly considered trying something else. The pork belly looked so good too, like last time, haha! But I couldn't forget that cool broth, so in the end we ordered galbi kimchi stew for two again! They provided kids' tableware for us too, and these side dishes are always so good that I end up eating the salad or mul-kimchi (water kimchi) before the meal even starts! Our kid really loves the bean sprouts here too. Maybe that's why I kept going back for more of the broth too. ## Plenty of galbi with a spoonful of rice The galbi had a good amount of meat on it too, which made it fun to eat. Putting a thick piece of galbi with kimchi on rice made for a really filling bite. My husband said it was delicious and ate well too, which made me proud even though I was the one who brought him here~~ He's not usually someone who loves kimchi stew, but he always eats well here!!! Even the finishing touch was excellent — this really is a great Korean restaurant. Since the kimchi stew has galbi in it, you get to eat more generously than with regular kimchi stew — such a great place! I wanted to share this with anyone looking for a place to eat near Yuseong hot springs or searching for a restaurant in Bongmyeong-dong, Daejeon. There's a pork belly menu too, so next time we can try something different, but this is a place where you can properly enjoy that savory, cool kimchi stew that Koreans love most! It's not a taste that ends after one bite — it's the kind you crave again from time to time.
