But as soon as we ordered, the meat arrived with sticker labels attached to the plate, just like at a butcher shop, printed with the exact weight and price. They openly disclose the per-100 g price and actual measured weight, which gave me confidence that they run the place honestly, without any tricks. In particular, adding a little fresh wasabi to a thick piece of aged meat and dipping it in salt gave it such an elegant flavor. Sure enough, it had a tender texture without dryness and tasted worthy of this Cheongju pork belly restaurant's reputation! ## Complimentary kimchi cheonggukjang and heaping bowls of rice > Kimchi cheonggukjang, a true rice thief, is included Another specialty here is the complimentary kimchi cheonggukjang (fermented soybean stew), served bubbling in a ttukbaegi (earthenware pot). (You can order more, too.)
