Since the weather had turned pleasantly cool, I visited with my son to get some fresh air. Burgers, bunsik (Korean casual snacks), Japanese food, Western food, and more—I always wonder what to choose, but this time I was suddenly craving Chinese food! There were even counter seats along the side of the restaurant, perfect for dining alone, and I spotted quite a few solo diners! We chose chili tangsuyuk (sweet-and-sour fried pork) for the set side! We had just run out, so it was so nice to be able to buy a kids' drink right there~ The Sichuan uni jajang had such a glossy sheen. I was delighted by the more-than-expected generous portion of noodles and sauce! If you were expecting red tantanmen, this one had more peanut sauce, giving it a very soft-looking color, haha. If it is too spicy, I do not want to eat it, but this had the perfect level and such an addictive savory flavor... With so much peanut sauce, my husband, trying tantanmen for the first time, said it was like kongguksu (cold soy milk noodles).
