I was craving Korean food and found Bapkkot Hana Pieotne — and wow, we had a proper feast! With that many lots, it really must be a famous restaurant in Gongju. We came by car and could park without any worries at all. The walk from the parking lot to the restaurant had a really nice atmosphere too. It has a charm different from the sleek new restaurants popping up these days. With the trees and greenery all around, it truly felt like a Gongju trip — like coming to eat at a cozy countryside house. They're closed every Monday ^^ Just so you know~~~ ## A weekend late lunch, reserved and seated in a room From the entrance, you get a strong sense of a quiet, traditional hanok atmosphere. It felt like visiting a cozy old country house, so I was already excited before even going in. Even though it was a late lunch on the weekend, the place was packed. Luckily we'd made a reservation, so we were shown to a private room ^^ The inside is spacious with lots of tables. The charcoal pork had a spicy marinade with smoky char that went great with rice, and the tteokgalbi was soft and juicy, perfect for the kids too.
