The set wasn't limited to just one or two kinds of sushi — it came with monkfish liver, abalone, salmon, tuna, futomaki, and more, so it was fun to try a little of everything one piece at a time. ## 🍣 What comes in the Elephant Sushi B set? The B set was made up of a nice variety of sushi. The monkfish liver was soft with a deep, rich flavor — a real treat. Abalone as sushi felt different too, in a good way. It was a fairly hefty size for one bite, so you could taste a bunch of different ingredients at once. Midway through eating sushi you start craving something warm and brothy, so having soup on hand was nice, and being able to add somyeon on top made the meal feel more substantial than expected. Eating it right away while it was still warm made it taste great. Crispy on the outside and soft potato on the inside, it was nice to eat one like a dessert after the sushi.
