When I found out there was a branch in Songdo, Incheon, I went for it—and my satisfaction level was 1000%!! It really deserves its reputation as a great restaurant in Songdo, Incheon. Haha. It also came with refillable ban-woo, truffle chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), crispy tempura, salad, and tsukemono (pickles). The truffle chawanmushi had a subtle truffle aroma and was so soft and delicious, while the tempura was wonderfully crispy. They gave us a brush to paint the soy sauce onto the sushi, haha. ## Thick, fresh sushi I couldn’t photograph every single piece, but every one was thick and incredibly fresh. It may have been the best sushi restaurant I’ve visited recently..
