On a Sunday lunch visit the writer ordered two bowls of tripe soup and a small dombe pork, finding the earthenware pots overflowing with blood cubes and tripe and the pork so tender and clean-tasting it led to unplanned drinks. Turns out there's a Suwon Ingye branch too!! The inside is really spacious and clean!!! Apparently, if you order one soup per person, an extra bowl of rice is free!! I ordered two tripe soups and a small dombe pork. If there's a review event, definitely go for it — it's a no-brainer. Salted shrimp, garlic, peppers, and lettuce for wrapping. You can tell just by looking that the meat is tender and well cooked, right?!! The texture was so tender, and there wasn't a hint of gamey smell!! It tasted like bossam (boiled pork wraps) with a jokbal (braised pig's feet) aroma — maybe they boil it with the same ingredients used for jokbal!!
