Out front there was a menu board so you could see the offerings ahead of time. Along with pho, several kinds of side dishes were listed too, so it was easy to plan what combination to order before heading in.

## The pho arrived and the portion size surprised me right away

Then the pho I'd been waiting for arrived, and the first impression was strong.
