The nylon four-way stretch fabric had flexibility, and the shorts were a four-part length, so they did not feel cumbersome or overly short. The top has a design where slightly slimmer long sleeves continue inside roomy short sleeves. When I touched it, it felt cool, and my brother said it felt pleasant and cool once he put it on.
