They say the rice noodles taste spicier than the ramen. The tonkotsu ramen came topped with half an egg, one sheet of seaweed, loads of bean sprouts, sliced green onion, and one piece of chashu. It had a real smoky flame-grilled flavor. It was fried incredibly crisp. But Myeonsikdang Pukyong National University Branch had lots of cheese and thick meat inside too—this is what cheese tonkatsu should be!
