The batter is just the right thickness, the crunch is out of this world, and the seasoning is perfectly balanced. Of all the old-style fried chicken I've ever eaten, this is genuinely number one. If this place were near my house I'd order it every single day. You can even add instant noodles (ramyeon sari) on top. If you're a noodle lover, I'd definitely add them. And the broth is so hearty and spicy that I kept spooning it up. I mixed some into my rice and it was basically a rice thief 🤤 — this time I mixed it with plain rice, but next time I want to try fried rice with that broth! ## Verdict after a second visit to Yetnal Tongdak & Tang I loved it two years ago when I first came, and today it was even better. The atmosphere is warm and familiar, the seasoning on everything is spot-on, and honestly everything is just delicious!! The portions are so generous that the two of us couldn't order too many other things, but I think this place would be perfect for a bigger group ordering a variety of dishes to go with drinks. The alcohol would just go down smoothly haha. I hope word spreads more about 'Yetnal Tongdak & Tang' and they keep running this place for a long, long time. If you're in Yeonsan-dong, Busan looking for great fried chicken, a bar open late, or good chicken stew, you have to go here!!!
