It's tucked inside an alley in Bujeon-dong, but the building is big enough to catch your eye once you get close. So during peak hours, using CatchTable or arriving early would definitely help. This is enough to make it a go-to Seomyeon BBQ hotspot these days. ## Comparing it to the Jinhae original Since I've been to both, I'll be honest — personally, my satisfaction was a bit higher at the Jinhae original. There, staff gave pretty detailed explanations while grilling about each cut's characteristics and how well-done to eat it, and they kept coming back to check on the meat and the fire, which felt genuinely thoughtful. So the Busan branch was tasty too, but I think my expectations were just too high after such a satisfying experience with the service and taste at Jinhae lol. It wasn't 100% identical to the original, but being able to enjoy this level of meat conveniently in Busan is still plenty satisfying! ### Solid as a Busan go-to spot Especially since it's close to home, if I suddenly crave Anmin, I'll probably just come back to the Busan branch instead of trekking all the way to Jinhae. So personally, it's a candidate for my Busan go-to list haha. If I have business in Jinhae, I'll hit the original; if I want it close to home, the Busan branch. ## Overall verdict on Anmin Busan ⭐⭐⭐⭐ After loving the Jinhae original so much, I made the trip to check out the Busan branch near my place! In the end, the meat itself was still delicious, having staff grill it is convenient, and the spacious interior makes it a good pick for a Busan office dinner, Busan meetup, or family dinner out in Seomyeon. For people like me who hate grilling meat myself, the fact alone that it's a staff-grilled BBQ spot in Seomyeon is enough to boost satisfaction a lot lol.
