Both are delicious, so I think it just comes down to preference — pick whichever you like more haha (personally, Jeju black pork was more my style ✨️) ## Truffle oil and wasabi sauce: the balance Hets aims for The batter isn't too crispy or too soggy — it has that light, crunchy-yet-tender bite! The thickness isn't too thick or too thin either, so you can eat it all the way through without getting tired of it haha. Overall the balance was great!
