I could especially see why this place is called a great Changwon spot for watching baseball! I was surprised that there were more kinds of meat than I expected! If I come again, I am definitely trying hangjeongsal (pork jowl)... And although it was not on the menu, they also sold makchang (grilled pork intestine). You just cook it a little more and eat it right away, which was so nice. Maybe because it is grilled over charcoal briquettes, a subtle smoky aroma soaks right into the meat—such amazing savory flavor! ### Juicy pork neck First, the pork neck was full of juices, spreading rich flavor through my mouth with every bite.
