I thought only the crab jang would be good, but even the standard dishes were all delicious, which only raised my expectations further. The ttukbaegi (hot stone pot) bulgogi and doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew) were especially good — the two alone could easily polish off a bowl of rice. 😂 But I held back and ate just a little, saving room for the main event: the crab jang. I also loved that the rice wasn't just a plain bowl but came as warm pot rice. With so many varieties, I genuinely had to pause and think about what to eat first! The sweet, salty soy sauce seasoning soaked well into the crab meat, giving it deep savory flavor. It wasn't overly salty like some soy crab jang can be — the subtle sweetness balanced it out fantastically.
