Today I'm introducing a restaurant I visit often — Oreno Ramen Eunpyeong, a spot I keep coming back to in Eunpyeong. Oreno Ramen is well known for ramen made with rich chicken broth. The flavor is great, but what really keeps me coming back is that you can refill the noodles, rice, and even the broth. Order just one bowl and you can still eat as much as you want, so I'd especially recommend it to people with a big appetite.

Oreno Ramen Eunpyeong has a clean, comfortable atmosphere. It's a nice place to grab a solo bowl of ramen, and equally comfortable to visit with a friend or partner. We come here fairly often, and this time we got lucky with a seat that had a full view of Bulgwangcheon. Watching the stream through the window while eating a warm bowl of ramen made the mood even better than usual.

## What we ordered: karai paitan and tori paitan

I ordered the karai paitan and my friend ordered the tori paitan. We didn't add any side dishes or toppings, just the ramen itself. Whenever I come to Oreno Ramen, I like to have the spicy karai paitan (spicy chicken paitan ramen). It's a bowl where you can taste both the savory richness of the deep chicken broth and a spicy kick.

The soft-boiled egg was incredibly good too. The flavor is rich but not heavy — I kept going back for more of the broth. The noodles soaked up the broth nicely, so I enjoyed it right down to the last bite. On a day when you're craving something spicy, karai paitan is the way to go.

My friend ordered Oreno Ramen's signature dish, tori paitan (chicken paitan ramen). The milky broth looked rich and smooth just from its appearance.

One reason I keep coming back to Oreno Ramen Eunpyeong is the generous refills. You can refill not just the noodles and rice, but the broth too. If you run out of noodles while eating, you can add more, and you can also finish off the leftover broth with rice for a filling ending. Since you get both flavor and quantity, it's an easy Eunpyeong ramen spot to revisit without worry.

Oreno Ramen Eunpyeong is where we go whenever we're craving a rich bowl of ramen. My favorite, the karai paitan, has a deep broth with added spice that I keep thinking about. Being able to refill the noodles, rice, and broth is also a big plus — no worries about running out. This time, sitting at a seat with a great view of Bulgwangcheon while eating made it even better.
