Like a sparrow can't just pass by a mill, there's a place I naturally end up walking into and coming out with both hands full of bread 🤤 Mandong Jegwa started out as a famous bakery in Gangneung and has now settled in as a go-to Hongdae bakery / Yeonnam-dong favorite. It's soft eaten as is, but popping it in the air fryer for a crisp-outside, soft-inside finish is absolute heaven 🍠 ### #3 Pretzel Not the hard pretzel you're probably picturing. The outside is lightly salty and crispy, while the dough inside is mochi-soft and chewy like chapssaltteok (glutinous rice cake).
