It was spicy enough even without hot sauce, though not overwhelmingly hot, and the gently sweet finish paired well with the White Ragu Pasta! Especially because the pizza dough is handmade in-house, it was seriously chewy and delicious. It had two kinds of potatoes as toppings: soft, thin yet substantial potato slices and thin, crisp potato-chip-like pieces, so there were all sorts of textures. I personally love both ragu pasta and cream pasta, so it was easily one of the most delicious pastas I have had recently 🥹🤍 The portion was definitely not small, so two adult women were extremely full, but it was delicious enough that we finished every bit.
